6 artists in 6 sites around Miami
One day only: Saturday 24 October, 12-4pm
Guided walk with curator Dhana Merritt at 2pm

Maps for self navigation can be collected from The Walls at 4/18 Mountain View Avenue Miami and Vice Baby at 2007 Gold Coast Highway, down the alleyway underneath the Outrigger Resort.  The walk to view all artworks, starting and ending at The Walls, is approximately 1.5km and takes about 20 minutes, not including time to view or participate in the artworks. We suggest 1-1.5 hours to navigate the circuit and to stop and view the artworks, take in the surrounding views and to hydrate along the way.  Most of the locations can also be accessed by car and there is on street parking available.

DHANAMENTA is a one day outdoor exhibition (and guided walk) that explores the Gold Coast landscape, its relationship with the artists and those intrigued by its natural and fabricated beauty. It reflects on those that have visited, played, stayed and left their mark on the GC, and a sunny play on DOCUMENTA, the famed outdoor and site-specific survey of international contemporary art.

Step outside The Walls and visit a variety of locations around our postcode in Miami. From North Burleigh to the Bora Ring, take your self on a walk with the map provided or join the walking tour with curator Dhana Merritt at 2pm. Bring your bathers and towel for a swim before or after the tour and some pennies in your pocket for a cold one at the Shark Bar or lunch and coffee at Vice Baby, then join us back at The Walls at 5pm for Sebastian Moody’s exhibition MOON opening night event.
